Q. What can I get from this website?
A. This site allows you to sign up for free products from Computeractive, such as our newsletter, special offers and our forums.

Q. Can I buy Computeractive magazine on this site?
A. No, currently you need to visit another website to buy a subscription to Computeractive.

A. For the moment all the products on this website are free. We will tell you if we plan to change this.

Q. What’s my login?
A. Your login is the email address you supplied when registering with us.

Q. I have updated my login (email address) and can’t remember which one I used.
A. You will need to contact our customer services team on 020 7316 9200 or email help@vnuservices.co.uk. They will ask you a couple of security questions for verification and inform you of your login details.

Q. I have forgotten my password.
A. If you have forgotten your password click here and we will email you a reminder.

Q. My login name and password are not accepted.
A. Make sure you have entered these correctly, and remember that your password is case-sensitive.

Q. I am entering the correct login details and still cannot access the site.

Q. I am part-way through registering and my connection has failed, what
should I do?

A. Unless you have clicked on the button confirming and saving your registration, the information you have entered will be lost and you will need to register again.
