Q. What’s my login?
A. Your login is the email address you supplied when registering with us. Q. I have updated my login (email address) and can’t remember which one I used A. You will need to contact our customer services team on 020 7316 9200 or email help@vnuservices.co.uk. They will then ask you a couple of security questions for verification and inform you of your login details. Q. I have forgotten my password A. If you have forgotten your password click here and we will email you a reminder. Q. My login name and password are not accepted A. Make sure you have entered these correctly and remember that your password is case-sensitive. Q. I am entering the correct login details and can still not access the site A. You will need to contact our customer services team on 020 7316 9200. They will then ask you a couple of security questions for verification and confirm your login details. Q. I am part-way through registering and my connection has failed, what should I do? A. Unless you have clicked on the button confirming and saving your registration, the information you have entered will be lost and you will need to register again. Electronic products
Q. What is an electronic product?A. Electronic products can be viewed on your PC (or laptop) and you can browse through the magazine or jump to specific sections or pages. Q. Do I need special software to view electronic products? A. Yes, you will need to download and install software from Adobe to be able to view our electronic products. Q. Which software should I download? A. There are two software applications that our electronic products can be viewed on: Acrobat Reader and Acrobat ebook Reader. Both of these are available free from Adobe. Q. Where can I get Acrobat Reader or Acrobat ebook Reader? A. Click on the links below and follow the instructions to download and install your reader.
